The proposal

Designed around the community.

An approximately 1km, two-lane synthetic track following the perimeter of Whitemans Green recreation ground.

Led by Haywards Heath Harriers, the project is being developed as a facility for the whole community, not simply for club athletes.

Access, drainage, lighting, biodiversity and detailed specifications remain subject to further work.
